The La Gard F series locks are proving very popular and I think there will soon be a large amount of these locks out there. I think La Gard hoped the TL11 was going to be more of a succes than it was giving that it had time lock facility but because the unit had no display it was never user friendly, plus the fact that new time lock settings had to be put in via a laptop proved a real pain.
I have installed a fair few time locks over the past few years, and although it's not that difficult, sometimes seeing someone else do a job may just give you an idea of how to make your own life easier. Chris recently asked on the forum about which time locks to fit to a Tann European, and as I already had this article half finished, I thought that it would be a good time to finish it and put it up on the site....
